This game is a combination of Ataxx and Reversi. Moves are the same as in Ataxx; either drop a new piece in an empty cell adjacent to one of your existing pieces, or move an existing piece 2 cells in any direction. You will take control of any opposing pieces that are adjacent to the new or moved piece, and you will also gain ownership of any opposing pieces that are trapped in a line with your pieces at the ends, as in Reversi. If you have no valid moves, you must pass. The game is over when one player's pieces are completely eliminated, or when the board is full. The winner is the player who controls the most pieces.
By dropping a piece in the highlighted cell, player 1 (red) will capture the 4 marked blue pieces. The top three are adjacent to the dropped piece and the fourth is in a line with red pieces at the ends.
