The Headers location contains header files associated with a
library located in Libraries.
In GNUmakefiles, the Headers location is available via the
GNUSTEP_HEADERS variable, which is the location for the
domain in which the software will be installed. You can also
reference the locations in the various domains directly by using the
variables GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_HEADERS,
GNUSTEP_NETWORK_HEADERS, GNUSTEP_LOCAL_HEADERS and
GNUSTEP_USER_HEADERS.
In gnustep-base, the Headers location is not currently available.
