addpath - add a path to SLISearchPath
string addpath -> -
(~/MySliRoutines) addpath --> sli files will additionally be looked
for in ~/MySliRoutines now.
The new path will be appended to SLISearchPathvariable. There is no
check if path really exists.
string is path's name.
